Cleaning

TJM Services offer a personal and cost effective cleaning and facilities management service.

Our team is experienced, skilled, highly motivated and dedicated to providing a standard of excellence and complete customer satisfaction. Our entire is team employed directly by TJM - we do not sub-contract work to outside companies.

We take the maximum care and attention to every room, whether it is a cleanroom, corridor, cafeteria, changing area or any other room.  It is our responsibility to clean in accordance with your Standard Operating Procedures and specifications.

The service we offer is tailored to your individual needs. A great deal of thought and detail goes into setting up a suitable program that meets your needs - this ensures the area is cleaned to the standards required.

TJM will work with you and follow your established protocols for cleaning all areas that you specify. If necessary, we can work with to establish your cleaning protocols.

We will do whatever it takes to satisfy you with our service. That's not a promise, it's our guarantee!

Supervisors

Our trained supervisors closely monitor the work on regular site visits . All members of staff are carefully screened to maintain the highest levels of quality. Our Site operatives have extensive experience working in secure and sensitive areas and are registered with the CITB.

Supervisors receive regular training on Health and Safety issues from the company's Health and Safety Officer which includes regular ToolBox talks and individual Safety Handbook. Formal training is given to supervisors to become CSCS qualified

All Supervisors receive instructor training and have gained the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and Safety Options Certificate.

Operatives

Specialist training is given to all operatives for working in clean and sterile environments in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Food Industries

Operatives receive regular training on Health and Safety issues from the company's Health and Safety Officer that includes regular ToolBox talks and individual Safety Handbook. Formal training is given to operatives to become CSCS qualified

Specialist Team

We have a specialist team qualified to operate lifting equipment and mobile work platforms to IPAF accreditation.

We are based in the North West and cover Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire
